Carolyn first founded ROI Swift in 2015, looking to offer an unparalleled marketing experience to emerging brands looking to grow. After transitioning from a career at a Fortune 100 company, she found herself wanting to embrace the empowerment that comes from working in teams of smaller companies, and working with brands the world deserves to hear about. Carolyn has a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, and is also a private pilot with 9 years of experience on the board of the Austin Airport. Outside of work, she enjoys outdoor sports, traveling, and spending valuable time with her two children and her husband.

Peter first started working at ROI Swift in 2018, joining Carolyn and becoming the Director of Marketplaces, where he oversees the operations of our Amazon and Walmart team to deliver growth for client accounts. His passion for the work he does comes from being able to help clients realize their full potential on Amazon, and he enjoys strategizing to scale clients to the next level. Pete’s experience extends beyond ROI Swift, with the successful launch of multiple Shopify stores and growing a fencing brand from $750k to $1.8M in just one year. He has a Bachelors from Ohio State University. In his personal time, Pete enjoys building and refurbishing furniture, and has build most of the furniture in his home himself. He also enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking and camping.

Nicholas joined ROI Swift in December of 2019 as an Advertising Specialist in Amazon Marketplace, where his role focuses on strategic planning for ad campaigns, weekly campaign optimizations, and keyword research. With nearly 5 years in the ecommerce space, he’s passionate about working with ROI Swift because of the opportunity to help small brands grow to compete with big name brands, and enjoys the challenges that come with making that happen. In his personal time, Nicholas enjoys playing basketball and hiking.

Shannon joined the ROI Swift team as the Executive Administrative Assistant in October of 2020. With over 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Shannon’s industry experience includes engineering, project management, and marketing. When it comes to working at ROI Swift, she appreciates the passion that comes from the collective team, which motivates her to contribute to making ROI the best it can be. When she’s not working, Shannon enjoys spending time at home with her two beautiful daughters and her husband.

Tre joined the ROI Swift team in June 2022 as the Senior Manager of Paid Advertising, where he oversees all strategy for Paid Search and Social for the clients at ROI. He enjoys seeing new brands find and create their own success stories, as well as the opportunity to work with up and coming brands in entirely new industries. Tre has a Bachelors in Marketing from Louisiana State University. His personal interests include automotive photography as well as cars in general. In fact, his passion for cars extends overseas–Tre is currently in the process of importing a car from Japan.

David joined the ROI Swift team in April of 2021, as the Senior Google Ad Specialist, with his focus being on planning and executing strategies to help clients grow their business. His approach has ben proven successful time and again, with his successful track record of increasing ad performance while still maintaining brand identity and voice for his clients. David has a Bachelors in Management Information Systems from the University of Texas, at Austin, and in his personal time, he enjoys online gaming, racquetball, cooking, chess, and video editing.

Charlize began her career at ROI Swift in January of 2022 as an Amazon Marketplace Associate. Her focus is on optimizing listings, conducting keyword research, engaging in strategic planning for accounts, and troubleshooting account issues. Charlize enjoys her work at ROI for the challenge of being strategic and creative in bettering the user experience and help companies scale up. She graduated from Texas State University in May of 2020, with a Bachelors in Advertising. Outside of work, Charlize enjoys yoga, cooking, journaling, and being on the water. She is also a first-generation college student, as well as a first-time home buyer!

Sam first joined ROI Swift in January 2023, and serves as an Amazon Marketplace Account Manager. He works on client communication and goal setting, strategizes for scaling and growth, and manages projects and tasks for clients. 

Alejandra began working for ROI Swift in 2019. She currently works as an Amazon Marketplace Associate, where her focus is on Amazon SEO and Organic Management. She enjoys being able to help businesses grow in a giant marketplace like Amazon, which can often seem daunting for smaller businesses. During her time at ROI Swift, Alejandro has worked with 40 different brands. She originally went to school for Fashion Merchandising and Marketing, and before working with ROI, she worked in ecommerce. In her free time, she enjoys collecting houseplants and going to the park with her dog. She’s also enjoys DIY projects, and purchased her first home this year!

Elise first began working for the ROI Swift team in September of 2020 as an Amazon Marketplace Associate. Her passion includes working with small businesses and helping them find direction in the digital landscape, which can be difficult to navigate. She graduated from Abilene Christian University, where she earned a B.S. in Public Relations/Advertising, and Business. In her free time, she enjoys running trails with her catahoula dog, Olive. She also enjoys hiking, backpacking and primitive camping, and has a personal goal to visit every national park before she turns 30.

Rikita joined the ROI team in April of 2020, and currently works as an Amazon Advertising and Marketplace Specialist. Her focus is on creating and managing ad campaigns, developing and monitoring account strategies, and analyzing performance. She is passionate about her work, and enjoys seeing the progress and growth of brands, helping small brands compete on the same level as bigger brands. Rikita is a Marketing Major, and has an MBA from Missouri State University. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in nature, growing her houseplants, and reading fiction.

Dinah first joined ROI in November of 2021, as a copywriter for the Amazon and Facebook teams. She enjoys the challenges of crafting a brand’s voice and identity while also supporting these brands in their growth as they find success. She has a Masters in English Literature from the University of Exeter, and spent 8 years working in education before transitioning into copywriting in 2020. Outside of work, Dinah enjoys spending time outdoors, camping, hiking, and boating, reading, and sports.
